摘要
目前的高炉冶金上料控制系统是独立控制不同类型的上料,不仅造成资源浪费、控制效率降低,而且控制效果不佳,上料能耗较大。为了提升高炉冶金上料控制效率,降低能耗,本文设计基于模糊PID的高炉冶金上料自动控制系统。系统硬件核心FPGA和ARM通过FMC连接,实现运算与控制分离。使用PSO算法寻优模糊PID参数,利用HEFT算法设计任务调度响应模块。根据改进后的模糊PID控制器输出信号控制上料执行机构,完成高炉冶金上料自动控制。测试结果表明,所设计系统的模糊PID输出超调量低,能够节省约50%的电能,控制效果更佳。
To enhance the efficiency of metallurgical charging in blast furnace operations and reduce energy consumption,a new automatic control system based on fuzzy PID has been designed to replace the current method that independendy controls different types of charging.The cuiTent approach is found to have poor control effect and large energy consumption,resulting in resource wastage and reduced control efficiency.The proposed system comprises a hardware core FPGA and ARM,which are connected via FMC to facilitate operational and control separation.To optimize the fuzzy PID parameters,the PSO algorithm is utilized,while the HEFT algorithm is used to develop the task scheduling response module.The fuzzy PID controller,s output signal then controls the feeding actuator to enable automatic metallurgical feeding control of the blast furnace.Results of the testing demonstrate that the system significantly reduces the overshoot output of the fuzzy PID and cuts electric energy consumption by approximately 50%,while delivering more effective control perfbrmance.rward.Finally,a flow chart was drawn for it to ensure better integration of big data and regenerative system fault diagnosis.
