摘要
采用冻结-融化法或螺旋推进法制备浆氢时,需要使用搅拌器或切削器等动设备,将不可避免地产生漏热进而影响浆氢的状态。为满足未来的浆氢规模化制备需求,提出了一种基于双喷射雾化的新型浆氢制备方法,并搭建了特定的综合实验系统,对浆氢的制备、存储、输运及形貌特性进行研究。结果表明,基于双喷射雾化的实验系统成功制备了体积约为50 L的浆氢,固氢含量最高为50%,并且浆氢呈现出较好的存储和输运特性;同时,通过可视化装置观测到浆氢的粘性明显高于液氢,且内部含有较多颗粒均匀的固氢颗粒,能够对波长较短的蓝光进行有效折射,证明了基于双喷射雾化的新型制备方法在高质量浆氢制备领域的应用潜力。
In order to meet the needs of large-scale production of slurry hydrogen in the future,a new method for the preparation of slurry hydrogen based on dual jet atomization is proposed,and the corresponding experimental system is established to study the preparation,storage,transport and morphology characteristics of slurry hydrogen.The results show that the slurry hydrogen with a volume of about 50 L is successfully prepared by the experimental system,the solid hydrogen content is up to 50%,and the slurry hydrogen shows good storage and transport characteristics.Meanwhile,it is observed through the visualization device that the viscosity of slurry hydrogen is significantly higher than that of liquid hydrogen,and slurry hydrogen contains more uniform solid hydrogen particles,which can effectively refract blue light with shorter wavelengths,proving the application potential of the new method in the field of high quality slurry hydrogen preparation.
