摘要
UiO-66凭借其自身优异性能成为研究的热点,主要集中在材料改性和功能化方面,鲜有母液合成再利用的报道。利用微波辅助溶剂热法合成UiO-66,将剩余母液进行多次再结晶,得到母液再结晶样品。结果表明:经两次再结晶产物与母体UiO-66具有相似的晶体结构、形貌特征、孔隙特征及热稳定性;UiO-66母液进行一次再结晶后的累积收率可达80%,再结晶工艺不仅可以提高产率,还可以减少有毒溶剂的排放;将UiO-66作为亚甲基蓝降解的催化剂,在初始亚甲基蓝浓度为10mg/L、UiO-66用量为0.4g/L、H_(2)O_(2)用量为4mL/L、pH=5.0的情况下,仅处理70min亚甲基蓝的降解率超过99%,且第一次再结晶样品的光催化性能优于母体UiO-66。
Recently UiO-66has been intensively investigated by virtue of its excellent performances.The existing research mainly focuses on its material modifications and functionalization.However,there are few reports on the reuse of its synthesis mother liquor.In this study,UiO-66 was first synthesized by a microwave-assisted solvothermal method,and the remaining mother liquor was then recrystallized to obtain the recrystallized product.The product recrystallized twice exhibited similar crystal structures,morphologies,pore characteristics and thermal stability to that of the mother liquor.The cumulative yield reached 80%if one recrystallization process was applied.The recrystallization protocol could not only increase the cumulative yield,but also reduce the discharge of toxic solvents.The UiO-66was used as a photocatalytic agent for methylene blue and a photocatalytic degradation rate of over 99%was achieved at an initial methylene blue concentration of 10mg/L,a UiO-66dosage of 0.4g/L,a H_(2)O_(2)dosage of 4mL/L,and a pH value of 5.0in 70minutes.The first-time recrystallized product even exhibited a better photocatalytic activity on methylene blue than that of the initially synthesized UiO-66.
