摘要
2017年6月—2021年4月,基于地理信息系统在天津八仙山国家级自然保护区和天津盘山风景名胜区共布设70个红外相机监测位点,对野生勺鸡(Pucrasia macrolopha)行为谱及PAE(posture-act-environment,PAE)编码系统进行研究,共辨识并统计野生勺鸡有效照片556张,有效视频58段,包含有效独立探测首张113张。结果发现:(1)野生勺鸡的PAE编码系统由8种姿势编码、31种动作编码和8种环境编码组成,共辨识并统计出7类21种行为。(2)勺鸡各行为类型的月频次存在显著差异(χ^(2)=26.762,d?=11,p=0.005),频次比例位居前3位的行为类型为运动、警戒和取食。(3)野生勺鸡成体的Hvariable、H、r和r-variable均高于幼体,此外,成年雄性除Hvariable高于成年雌性外,H、r和r-variable均低于雌性。(4)H和r季节间无显著差异(H:χ^(2)=3.000,d?=3,p=0.392;r:χ^(2)=4.071,d?=3,p=0.254)。(5)H和r性别间不存在显著差异(H:Z=-0.857,p=0.391;r:Z=-0.938,p=0.348)。本研究可为今后野生勺鸡的行为生态学研究和综合保护管理提供科学参考依据。
From June 2017 to April 2021,infrared cameras were deployed in the Tianjin Baxianshan National Nature Re⁃serve and Tianjin Panshan Scenic Spot,and a total of 70 camera traps were set up based on GIS.The infrared camera technology was applied to investigate the ethogram as well as posture-act-environment(PAE)coding system of wild kok⁃lass pheasants(Pucrasia macrolopha).A total of 556 photos and 58 videos,including 113 independent effective records were obtained.The results showed that:(1)The PAE coding system of wild koklass pheasants was composed of eight pos⁃ture codes,31 act codes and eight environment codes,and a total of seven categories and 21 behaviors were identified and counted.(2)The frequency in different behavioral types of wild koklass pheasant was different throughout the year(χ^(2)=26.762,dƒ=11,p=0.005),and the top three behavioral types in frequency were locomotion behavior,vigilance behavior and ingestion behavior.(3)The Hvariable,H,r,r-variable of the adult were higher than the young.In addition,the H,r,rvariable of the male were lower than that of the female,whereas the Hvariable of the female was lower than that of the male.(4)There was no significant seasonal difference in H and r(H:χ^(2)=3.000,dƒ=3,p=0.392;r:χ^(2)=4.071,dƒ=3,p=0.254).(5)There was no significant gender difference in H and r(H:Z=−0.857,p=0.391;r:Z=−0.938,p=0.348).This study provided scientific reference for the behavioral ecology research,comprehensive protection and management of wild kok⁃lass pheasants in the future.
