摘要
多基因共表达载体在研究多外源基因的表达及蛋白互作实验中有着广泛的应用,可以简化相关实验流程,提高基因表达效率。本文就载体构建技术、多启动子共表达载体的构建、多顺反子共表达载体的构建等现状作了综述,并对多基因共表达载体未来的发展趋势进行了展望,以期为构建多基因共表达载体提供参考。
Multi—gene co-expression vectors are widely used in studying the expression of multiple foreign genes in organisms and protein interaction experiments.Co-expression vector's application facilitates experiment procedure and raises gene expression efficiency.In this paper,the vector construction technologies,the construction of multi-promoter co-expression vector,and the construction of polycistronic co-expression vector were reviewed,and the future development trend of multi-gene co-expression vector was prospected.We hope it could provide reference for the construction of multi-gene co—expression vector in the future.
