摘要
为提高预制梁生产效率,节约预制梁场用地成本,湛江环城高速公路南三岛大桥项目引入预制梁环形生产线技术。介绍了预制梁环形生产线的组成与布局、关键施工工艺及质量控制参数,分析了预制梁环形生产工艺施工耗时、不同温度条件下蒸养效果及弹性模量增长规律。结果表明:与传统的工艺相比,在占地面积、台座、模板及龙门吊等配套设施相同的情况下,环形生产线的生产效率提高了3倍;预制梁数量一定时,环形生产线工艺比传统工艺生产周期缩短2/3、预制梁场用地节约2/3。
In order to improve the production efficiency of precast beam and save the cost of precast beam yard,the ring production line technology of precast beam has been introduced into Nansandao Bridge Project.In this paper,the composition and layout of the precast beam ring production line,the key construction technology and the quality control parameters have been introduced in detail,the construction time,steam curing effect under different temperature conditions and the increasing law of elastic modulus of precast beam ring production technology have been analyzed.The results have shown that being compared with the traditional process,the production efficiency of the ring-shaped production line is increased by three times with the same floor area,pedestal,form work and supporting facilities such as gantry crane.When the number of precast beams is fixed,the production cycle of the ring-shaped production line could be shortened by 2/3,and the land use of the precast beam yard could be saved by 2/3.
