摘要
基于国外及我国梨产业发展的现状,采用文献调研的方法分析比较了国内外梨相关现行标准的颁布情况。从国际组织及各国现行梨相关标准情况、国内各地方梨标准颁布情况看,我国现行的梨标准不论是在总数量上还是分类细化程度都远超国际组织、美国、土耳其以及欧洲其他国家颁布的标准;我国梨全产业链各环节颁布的国家标准、行业标准以及地方标准主要涉及产前、产中、产后3个环节7个技术领域,但标准体系的建立仍处于起步阶段,并且梨产业后端的果品商品化处理与国外相关标准相比尚存在一定的差距。通过对上海梨产业发展的分析,提出构建上海梨产业标准综合体的设想,指出建立适宜本地区的梨高品质全产业链标准体系、提升产业组织化程度、打造新型梨产业联盟是上海立足长三角、辐射全国的发展方向,以期为我国梨产业发展提供实用性及前瞻性的指引。
In view of the international and Chinese pear industry development status,in this review,we analyze and compare the current pear standards at home and abroad through massive literature investigation.Chinas current pear standards are far superior to international organizations,the United States,Turkey and other Europe countries in terms of both the total number and the degree of classification refinement;The national,industry,and local standards issued at various stages of the pear industry chain in China mainly involve seven technical fields in three stages:pre-production,mid-production,and post-production.However,the establishment of the standard system is still in its early stages,and there is a certain gap in the commercialization of fruit products in the back end of the pear industry compared to relevant foreign standards.The idea of building a pear industry standard complex is proposed from four aspects in Shanghai based on the analysis of the development of pear industry.We point out that the establishment of a high-quality whole industry chain standard system in pear suitable for the local region to enhance the degree of industrial organization,and building a new pear industry alliance is Shanghais development direction based on the Yangtze River Delta and radiating across the country,with the aim of providing practical and forward-looking guidance for the development of China’s pear industry.
