摘要
试验旨在研究不同浓度二甲酸钾对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻指数及血清生化、免疫指标的影响。选用体重为(8.16±0.40)kg的杜长大三元断奶仔猪120头,随机分成3组,分别为对照组、0.4%二甲酸钾组、0.8%二甲酸钾组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头仔猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,0.4%二甲酸钾组、0.8%二甲酸钾组分别在基础日粮的基础上添加0.4%、0.8%的二甲酸钾。试验期10 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,0.4%二甲酸钾组对断奶仔猪的平均日采食量、平均日增重及料重比均无显著影响(P>0.05);0.8%二甲酸钾组显著提高了断奶仔猪的平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.05),但是对料重比无显著影响(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,0.4%二甲酸钾组与0.8%二甲酸钾组均可以显著降低断奶仔猪的腹泻指数(P<0.05),且0.8%二甲酸钾组效果更好。0.8%二甲酸钾组血清总蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),与0.4%二甲酸钾组无显著差异(P>0.05);0.4%二甲酸钾组与0.8%二甲酸钾组血清尿素氮含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。0.8%二甲酸钾组血清免疫球蛋白A含量显著高于对照组与0.4%二甲酸钾组(P<0.05)。各组间免疫球蛋白G和免疫球蛋白M含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上,添加0.8%二甲酸钾可以改善断奶仔猪的生长性能,降低仔猪的腹泻率,提升仔猪的免疫能力。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of po⁃tassium diformate on growth performance,diar⁃rhea index and serum biochemical immune index⁃es of weaned piglets.A total of 120 weaning pig⁃lets weighing(8.16±0.40)kg were randomly divided into three groups,each group had four replicates,10 piglets per replicate.The control group was fed with the basic diet,0.4%potassium diformate group and 0.8%potassium diformate group were added with 0.4%and 0.8%potassium diformate respectively on the basis of the basic diet.The trial lasted for 10 days.The results showed that:compared with control group,the 0.4%potassium diformate group had no significant effect on the average daily feed intake,average daily gain and feed to weight ratio of weaned piglets(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the 0.8%potassium diformate group signifi⁃cantly increased the daily gain and daily feed intake of weaned piglets(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on the feed conversion ratio(P>0.05).The 0.4%potassium diformate group and the 0.8%potassi⁃um diformate group could significantly reduce the diarrhea index of weaned piglets(P<0.05),and the 0.8%potassium diformate group had a better effect.The serum total protein content of 0.8%potassium diformate group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no signifi⁃cant difference between 0.8%potassium diformate group and 0.4%potassium diformate group(P>0.05).The content of serum urea nitrogen in 0.4%potassium diformate group and 0.8%potassium diformate group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The content of serum immunoglobu⁃lin A in 0.8%potassium diformate group was significantly higher than that in the control group and 0.4%potassium diformate group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the content of immuno⁃globulin G and immunoglobulin M among groups(P>0.05).In summary,adding 0.8%potassium difor⁃mate can improve the production performance of weaned piglets,reduce the diarrhea rate of piglets,and enhance the immune capacity of piglets.
