摘要
家校社协同育人是新时代民族地区高校思想政治教育协同育人合力增强质能的关键举措。当前,民族地区高校在家校社协同育人的过程中仍存在家庭教育重“智”轻“德”;大中小学思想政治教育教学连贯性不足;社会教育主体性定位不明确等问题。因此,民族地区应充分发挥家庭教育的启蒙功能、贯彻落实学校教育的基础功能、努力探索社会教育的拓展功能,始终将铸牢中华民族共同体意识作为教学工作的基本指引,将中华民族共同体意识贯穿立德树人全过程,使民族地区高校思想政治教育形成家校社合力育人的德育生活形态。
The collaborative of family,school,and community is a key measure to enhancing the quality of ideological and political education in universities in ethnic regions in the new era.In the process of collaborative education,however,problems still exist as follows:family education puts more emphasis on“intelligence”rather than“morality”;the ideological and political education at schools lacks continuity;the subjectivity of social education is unclear.It is necessary to give full play to the enlightening function of family,to implement the basic function of school,and to explore the extended function of society.To take the forging of a strong sense of the community for Chinese nation as the basic guide and to apply it throughout the entire process of moral education will realize the formation of a moral lifestyle of the collaboration of family,school,and community for ideological and political education in universities in ethnic regions.
