摘要
为了改善现有吸波材料柔性差的问题,采用层层喷涂的方法在等离子体处理过的棉织物上负载MXene/Fe_(3)O_(4)分散液,制备了纺织基吸波织物。对不同Fe_(3)O_(4)负载量下改性织物的形貌结构进行表征,并测试分析其吸波性能。结果表明:MXene负载量2 mg/cm^(2),Fe_(3)O_(4)负载量48 mg/cm^(2)时制备得到的MXene/Fe_(3)O_(4)复合吸波织物,在织物厚度1.5 mm,电磁频率10.3 GHz时最小反射损耗达到-27 dB,其有效吸收带宽几乎覆盖整个X波段。认为:MXene/Fe_(3)O_(4)改性织物具有良好吸波性能,在柔性可穿戴吸波材料领域具有广泛的应用前景。
In order to improve poor flexibility problem of current wave-absorbing material,plasma-treated cotton fabric was loaded with MXene/Fe_(3)O_(4)dispersion by layer self-assembly method to obtain textile-base waveabsorbing fabric.Morphology and structure of improved fabric with different Fe_(3)O_(4)loading capacity were evaluated.And its wave-absorbing properties were tested and analyzed.Results showed the MXene/Fe_(3)O_(4)composite waveabsorbing fabric was obtained with MXene loading capacity at 2 mg/cm^(2) and Fe_(3)O_(4)loading capacity at 48 mg/cm^(2).The minimum reflection loss of-27 dB was reached when fabric thickness was 1.5 mm and electromagnetic frequency was 10.3 GHz.The whole X wave band was almost covered by its effective absorbing bandwidth.It is considered that MXene/Fe_(3)O_(4)modified fabric has better wave-absorbing performance.It has a wide application prospect in the field of flexible wearable wave-absorbing materials.
