摘要
传统仪器分析类实验课程通常采用单一仪器的验证性或观摩性实验。这种教学模式下实验内容简单且固化,缺乏对学生实验方案设计、综合分析和解决问题等高阶能力和创新思维的培养;再加之大型分析仪器数量多和教学时间的限制,实验教学效果往往不尽如人意。为了克服传统“生物化学仪器分析及检测技术”教学模式的不足,以生物工程领域常见问题分析为背景,通过建立涉及多种分析仪器且适合本科生的探索性实验项目,采用基于项目导向的教学法来开展实验教学。教学实践表明,基于项目导向的实验教学方法可以有效提升教学效果。该教学模式不仅可以促进学生对理论知识的理解,而且有助于培养学生的科学思维能力和综合实验能力。
The traditional instrument analysis courses usually adopted“single instrument verification or observation experiments”,which are simple and solidified,and lack the cultivation of students’innovative thinking and advanced abilities,such as abilities of designing experiment,and analyzing and solving problems.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional teaching mode,we adopted inquiry project-oriented teaching method to improve the experimental teaching effect.The experiments used in the inquiry project-oriented teaching were designed based on the background of common analytical problems in the field of bioengineering,which involve a variety of analytical instruments and suitable for undergraduates to study.The teaching practice showed that the project-based experimental teaching method could effectively improve the teaching effect,and the teaching mode could not only promote students’understanding of theoretical knowledge effectively,but also help students to develop scientific thinking and comprehensive experimental ability.
