小儿肺炎护理期间转变体位联合心理干预的价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的浅谈转变体位护理联合心理干预在肺炎患儿中的护理效果。方法抽取苏州市吴中人民医院于2021年1~12月收治的小儿肺炎患者进行研究,根据入院先后将60例患儿分成对照组30例和实验组30例。对照组患儿在治疗后采取常规护理,实验组患儿采取转变体位与心理干预联合护理。对比两组患儿在护理后的临床症状消失时间、康复指标以及接受护理的依从性。结果实验组患儿的临床症状消失时间在护理后显著短于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿护理前康复指标数值相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后实验组患儿康复指标恢复更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患儿护理依从性高于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对小儿肺炎患者进行临床护理时,将转换体位护理与心理干预相结合,可以有效改善患儿临床症状,帮助患儿快速康复,护理效果显著。 Objective To discuss nursing effect of posture changing nursing combined with psychological intervention in children with pneumonia.Methods The paper chose 60 cases pneumonia children admitted to Suzhou City Wuzhong People's Hospital from January to December 2021,and divided them into two groups randomly,control group(30 cases)and experimental group(30 cases).Control group was treated with routine nursing after treatment,while experimental group with combined nursing of posture changing and psychological intervention.Time of clinical symptom disappearance,rehabilitation index and compliance of receiving nursing was compared between two groups.Results Time of clinical symptom disappearance in experimental group was significantly shorter than control group after nursing(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,rehabilitation indexes of experimental group recovered better(P<0.05).Nursing compliance of experimental group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During clinical nursing of pneumonia children,combination of position change nursing and psychological intervention can improve clinical symptoms of children effectively and help their recover quickly,with significant nursing effect.
