摘要
目的浅谈互动式健康教育模式对肺炎患儿的作用。方法对本院在2021年1~12月收治的肺炎患儿进行观察,取随机数字表法将80例肺炎患儿分成两组。其中对照组中包含患儿40例,治疗期间接受常规护理服务;另有40例患儿为实验组,采取互动式健康教育护理模式。将组患儿护理前后临床症状消失用时和负面情绪等指标进行观察和分析。结果护理干预后,实验组患儿各项临床症状缓解所用时间和住院时间显著缩短,与对照组所用时间有明显差距,数据对比有意义(P<0.05)。护理前组间患儿不良情绪评分相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在护理后实验组患儿不良情绪评分低于对照组,数据比较有价值(P<0.05)。在依从性和满意度评分比较中,实验组患儿依从性和护理满意度评分更高,与对照组患儿存在对比意义(P<0.05)。结论互动式健康教育模式可以有效缩短患儿各项症状持续时间,将患儿配合度提高,住院时间更短,护理手段值得推广。
Objective To discuss effect of interactive health education model on pneumonia children.Methods The paper observed children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January to December 2021,and divided them into two groups by random number table.40 cases in control group were treated routine nursing services during treatment;another 40 cases in experimental group with interactive health education nursing mode.Clinical symptoms and negative emotions before and after nursing were observed and analyzed.Results After nursing intervention,time for clinical symptom relief and hospital stay in experimental group was significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in scores of adverse emotions between groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,scores of adverse emotion of experimental group were lower than control group,data were more valuable(P<0.05).Comparison of compliance and satisfaction degree showed,compliance scores and nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Interactive health education model can shorten duration of various symptoms,improve cooperation degree of children effectively,and shorten lenth of stay,which is worthy of promotion.
