高准确度氮中微量羰基硫混合气体标准物质研制

摘要 介绍了高准确度氮中羰基硫混合气体标准物质的研制过程,主要包括混合气的制备、混合气体的均匀性检验、稳定性考察及称量法定值等过程。研制的氮中羰基硫混合气体标准物质标称浓度为10.0~100μmol/mol,F检验和回归曲线法结果表明,该混合气体标准物质在压力0.5~10 MPa范围内,均匀性和稳定性良好,定值结果的相对扩展不确定度为2%(k=2),有效期限为12个月。 Introduces the development process of the mixed gas reference material of carbonyl sulfur in nitrogen with high accuracy,including the preparation of the mixed gas,the homogeneity test of the mixed gas,the stability inspection and the weighing legal value.The nominal concentration of the developed carbonyl sulfur mixed gas reference material in nitrogen is 10.0~100μmol/mol.The results of F test and regression curve method show that the mixed gas reference material has good homogeneity and stability in the pressure range of 0.5~10 MPa.The relative expanded uncertainty of the calibration results is 2%(k=2),and the validity period is 12 months.
