摘要
京津冀协同发展九年,产业协同发展在承接产业转移、承接平台和创新平台建设、产业合作、产业集群建设、协同创新共同体建设、后奥运经济等方面取得明显成效。但是,从更高层面审视,京津冀在推进产业链合作的深度、产业链联盟、世界级产业集群建设等方面进展还比较缓慢,因此,要梳理京津冀重点产业,精准实施优势产业国际竞争力提升战略;谋划京津冀重点产业链,推动创新链与产业链深度融合;立足战略全局谋划产业布局,打造世界级产业集群;构建产业链联盟和创新联合体,深入推进产业链共同体建设;建设高效协同创新平台,深入推进体制机制创新。
In the past nine years of the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the industrial coordinated development has achieved remarkable results in undertaking industrial transfer,undertaking platform,and innovation platform construction,industrial cooperation,industrial cluster construction,collaborative innovation community construction,and post-Olympic economy.However,from a higher level,the progress of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in promoting the depth of industrial chain cooperation,industrial chain alliance and world-class industrial cluster construction are still relatively slow.Therefore,it is necessary to sort out the key industries of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and accurately implement the strategy of improving the international competitiveness of advantageous industries;to plan the key industrial chain of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and promote the deep integration of the innovation chain and industrial chain;based on the strategic overall planning of industrial layout,build a world-class industrial cluster;build industrial chain alliance and innovation alliance,and further promote the construction of industrial chain community;build an efficient collaborative innovation platform and further promote institutional innovation.
