“双碳”目标下中部六省生鲜农产品冷链可持续发展水平评价 被引量:3

Evaluation of the Fresh Produce Cold Chain's Sustainable Development Level in SixCentral Provinces under the“Double Carbon”Target

摘要 在“双碳”目标下,提高生鲜农产品冷链可持续发展水平不仅有利于提高经济效益,而且对生鲜农产品食品消费安全起到重要作用。文中构建了“双碳”目标下生鲜农产品冷链可持续发展水平评价指标体系,综合运用AHP法、熵权法确定指标权重,利用Topsis法对我国中部六省生鲜农产品冷链可持续发展水平进行综合评价,以期在“双碳”目标下为生鲜农产品冷链发展提供理论支持与决策依据。结果表明:河南省位于第1位,湖北江西两省分别位于2、3位,湖南、安徽、山西位于第4、5、6位。 Under the goal of“double carbon”,improving the sustainable development of agricultural products cold chain is not only conducive to improving economic benefits,but also plays an important role in the safety of fresh agricultural products food consumption.In order to assess the level of sustainability of the cold chain under the“double carbon”objective,this paper develops an index system,comprehensively applies the AHP and entropy method to determine the index weights,and uses the Topsis method to evaluate the sustainable development level of fresh agricultural products cold chain in six central provinces of China,with a view to providing theoretical support and decision-making basis for the development of fresh agricultural products cold chain.The results show that Henan Province is in the 1st position,Hubei and Jiangxi Provinces are in the 2nd and 3rd positions respectively,while Hunan,Anhui and Shanxi are in the 4th,5th and 6th positions.
