摘要
黄山洞河小流域及周边地区由于长期遭到人为开垦,流域内水土流失严重,导致水库径流泥沙含量高、河道淤积严重、河岸边坡遭到侵蚀、岸坡抗冲刷能力与稳定性较差等,时常发生小规模岸坡失稳、滑坡、塌方现象,造成汛期排洪不畅,严重影响到行洪安全。为了减少水土流失面积,降低水土流失强度,提高河道排洪能力,改善水库水质与生态环境,亟需对黄山洞河小流域及周边地区进行综合整治。本次综合治理主要采取植物治理措施与工程治理措施。通过工程建设,流域内水土流失水土和生态环境可得到显著改善,防洪减灾能力大幅度增强,生产生活环境显著提升。
Due to the long-term artificial reclamation of the small watershed of the Huangshandong River and its surrounding areas,the water and soil loss in the watershed is serious.This results in high sediment content of reservoir runoff,serious siltation of river channel,erosion of river bank slope,poor scouring resistance and stability of bank slope,etc.Small-scale bank slope instability,landslide and collapse often occur,resulting in poor flood discharge in flood season and seriously affecting flood discharge.In order to reduce the area of water and soil loss,reduce the intensity of water and soil loss,improve the flood discharge capacity of the river channel,and improve the water quality and ecological environment of the reservoir,it is urgent to carry out comprehensive improvement of the small watershed of Huangshandong River and its surrounding areas.This comprehensive treatment mainly adopts plant control measures and engineering control measures.Through the construction of this project,the water and soil loss and the ecological environment in the watershed can be significantly improved,the flood control and disaster reduction capacity can be greatly enhanced,and the production and living environment can be significantly improved.
