摘要
学生是高校课程教学的对象和课程知识的接受者,其需求的满足是课程教学的重要目标,也是衡量课程教学效果的重要指标。相比在课程教学结束后调查和分析学生的满意度,将学生需求嵌入并指导课程教学各个阶段工作的开展对提升课程教学的效率和效果更加有效。为此,提出了学生需求嵌入课程教学的过程,主要包括“领先学生”识别、“领先学生”需求获取和筛选、以及学生需求与课程教学结合三个阶段。以一门具体课程为例,描述和说明本文提出的嵌入过程及其相关方法在实际中的应用和作用。
Students are the teaching objects and knowledge recipients in colleges and universities.Satisfying their requirements acts as one of the important goals of courses teaching as well as a key criterion for measuring teaching effects.By investigating and analyzing students’satisfaction after a course teaching,it is found that integrating students’requirements into courses teaching is more helpful for promoting the efficacy and effectiveness of courses teaching in universities.As a consequence,the study develops a framework for demonstrating the process of this method,which contains three major stages that are identification of“lead students”,collection and filtering of lead students’requirements,and combination of students’requirements and courses teaching.Subsequently,a case is illustrated to demonstrate the application and values of the process and methods proposed in this study.
