摘要
人口老龄化背景下,老年人跌倒的发生率高,后果严重,给家庭和社会带来沉重的经济负担,对老年人群进行跌倒预防和管理已成为全球公共议题。本文旨在对《老年人跌倒预防及管理的国际指南》进行简介,并从跌倒风险筛查、评估、分级管理及干预三方面进行内容解读,以期为减少老年人可预防伤害、助力健康老年化目标实现提供参考和借鉴。
Under the background of aging population,the high incidence and severe consequences of falls among elderly people have brought heavy economic burden to families and society.Fall prevention and management for the elderly has become a global public issue.This study aimed to provide an introduction to World Guidelines for Falls Prevention and Management for Older Adults,and interpret the contents from the aspects of fall risk screening,assessment,hierarchical management and intervention.It is expected to provide references for reducing preventable injuries among the elderly and promoting the realization of healthy aging goals.
