摘要
急性中毒是急诊科常见急症和突发公共卫生事件,存在专业中毒救治人员匮乏、应急救治体系与中毒专科建设有待加强等问题。后疫情时代,要构建适应本地区的区域中毒应急救治体系,加强中毒救治区域协作与中毒一体化救治,加强中毒专业队伍建设,提升中毒危重症的救治能力,促进中毒专科的高质量发展。
Acute poisoning is a common and urgent public health issue in emergency department.There are some problems:Professional poisoning treatment staff are scare;The emergency treatment system and the construction of poisoning specialty should be strengthened.It is necessary to build a regional emergency treatment system for poisoning that is adapted to the local area.Additionally,regional cooperation should be enhanced to improve integrated treatment for poisonings and strengthen regional cooperation,Finally,constructing a tailored regional emergency treatment system and promote the high-quality development of the poisoning specialty department in the post-epidemic era.
