摘要
针对大跨度桥梁普遍存在的实测成桥线形与设计线形存在差异、梁端区域轨道状态不好、养护维修缺乏标准等问题,结合大跨度桥梁技术特点,从环境监测、桥梁健康监测、桥梁/轨道线形监测、车辆运行状态(轮轨力)监测、钢轨伸缩调节器状态监测、周期性检测等多个方面构建前端检测监测系统;基于环境-车辆-轨道-桥梁的架构及前端检测监测数据,搭建具备数据采集、设备信息管理、数据展示、综合分析、系统管理五大功能的线桥一体化数据分析系统,以全面掌握线桥状态。该系统在五峰山长江公铁大桥开展初步应用,取得了良好效果。
In response to the common problems of differences between the measured and designed bridge alignment,poor track status in the beam end area,and lack of standards for maintenance and repair of long-span bridges,combined with the technical characteristics of long-span bridges,a front-end inspection and monitoring system was constructed from multiple aspects such as environmental monitoring,bridge health monitoring,bridge/track alignment monitoring,vehicle operation status(wheel-rail force)monitoring,rail expansion regulator status monitoring,and periodic detection.Based on the architecture of environment-vehicle-track-bridge and front-end inspection monitoring data,a track-bridge integrated data analysis system was established with five functions including data collection,equipment status management,data display,comprehensive analysis,and system management,in order to comprehensively grasp the status of the track-bridge status.The system has been preliminarily applied in the Wufengshan Yangtze River Rail-cum-Road Bridge and has achieved good results.
