摘要
铁路运输是武警部队执行维稳、处突等任务的主要投送方式。为了更好地评估武警部队铁路运输投送能力,提出了一种基于G1-可拓物元法的武警部队铁路运输投送能力评估方法,首先建立评估指标体系,然后运用G1法赋予各指标权重,最后运用可拓物元法进行综合评估,得到量化评估结果,从而使评估过程更加客观科学,结合实例说明了投送能力的评估过程。研究可为相关部门制定投送方案提供数据支持。
Railway transport is the main delivery mode for the armed police force to carry out tasks such as maintaining stability and dealing with emergencies.In order to better evaluate the railway transport delivery capability of the armed police force,the paper proposes an evaluation method for the railway transport delivery capability of the armed police force based on the G1-extension matter-element method.Firstly,an evaluation index system was established,then the G1 method is applied to assign weight to each index.Finally,the extension matter-element method was used for comprehensive evaluation to obtain the quantitative evaluation results,so as to make the evaluation process more objective and scientific.Combined with the example the evaluation process of delivery capability is introduced.The research can provide data support for relevant departments to formulate delivery programs.
