摘要
采用一种气相色谱负化学离子源质谱法,测定玩具材料中短链氯化石蜡。选取PVC塑料、TPU塑料两种阳性材料,探究甲苯、正己烷、二氯甲烷三种溶剂在索氏提取以及超声提取两种条件下的最优提取方式。结果表明:以甲苯为溶剂,索氏提取3 h情况下,提取效率最好。短链氯化石蜡在5、20、50 mg/L质量浓度下,线性相关系数在0.9462~0.9872之间。当添加水平为5、20、50 mg/kg时,目标化合物短链氯化石蜡的平均回收率在90.0%~120.0%,相对标准偏差为1.7%~5.3%(RSD,n=7)。优化后方法可应用于检测玩具材料中短链氯化石蜡。
A gas chromatography negative chemical ion source mass spectrometry method was used to determine short-chain chlorinated paraffins in toy materials.Two kinds of positive materials,PVC plastic and TPU plastic,were selected to explore the optimal extraction methods of toluene,n-hexane and dichloromethane under the conditions of soxhlet extraction and ultrasonic extraction.The results show that the extraction efficiency is the best when toluene is used as solvent and Soxhlet extraction for 3 h.Under the mass concentrations of 5,20 and 50 mg/L,the linear correlation coefficients are between 0.9462 and 0.9872.When the spiked levels are 5,20,50 mg/kg,the average recoveries of the target compounds are 90.0%~120.0%,and the relative standard deviations are 1.7%~5.3%(RSD,n=7).The optimized method can be applied to the detection of short chain chlorinated paraffins in toy materials.
