摘要
为了提升掘进机在运行过程中的稳定性,以EBZ300纵轴悬臂式掘进机为研究对象,通过振动分析发现在某些固定频率段,其截割部、回转台发生一定的上下摆动,甚至发生扭转变形。对振动下易发生故障部位进行模拟分析,发现在截割减速箱上应力集中主要在升降油缸连接位置,最大应力值为50.5 MPa,小于材料许用应力。同时在横截工况及钻进工况下,回转台最大应力均没有超过材料许用应力值,可提升掘进机可靠性。
In order to improve the stability of the roadheader during operation,the EBZ300 longitudinal shaft cantilever roadheader was used as the research object.Simulation analysis of the parts prone to failure under vibration shows that the stress concentration on the cutter gearbox is mainly at the connection position of the lifing cylinder,with a maximum stress value of 50.5 MPa,which is less than the permissible material stress.The maximum stress value is 50.5MPa,which is less than the allowable material stress.Meanwhile,the maximum stress on the rotary table does not exceed the allowable material stress value under the cross-cutting and drilling conditions,which can improve the reliability of the roadheader.
