摘要
以某矿为研究对象,对该煤巷设计采用锚网梁联合支护形式,并对煤层煤巷位移、顶板离层量等进行监测,锚杆支护效果表明:当距作业面53 m范围外,顶板累计下沉量和两帮累计变形量、顶板离层量基本不发生变化,围岩处于稳定状态;当距作业面53 m范围内,随作业面的推进,顶板及两帮累计下沉量、顶板离层量不断增大,围岩处于不稳定状态,但是变化量均在可控范围内,表明现有锚杆支护能够控制巷道围岩的变形,支护效果好。
Taking a mine as an object,the design of this coal tunnel adopts the joint support form of anchor mesh beam,and monitors the coal tunnel displacement and the amount of roof slab delamination to evaluate the effect of anchor rod support,and concludes that:when outside the range of 53 m from the working face,the accumulated sinkage of the roof slab and the accumulated deformation of the two helpers and the amount of roof slab delamination basically do not change,and the surrounding rock is in a stable state;when within the range of 53 m from the working face,with the Within 53 m from the working face,as the working face advanced,the cumulative sinkage of the roof slab,the cumulative deformation of the roof slab and the off-set of the roof slab increased,and the surrounding rock was in an unstable state,but the changes were within the controllable range,indicating that the existing anchor support could control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway and the support effect was good.
