摘要
巴彦河套盆地吉华2断块具有黏土含量高、储层胶结疏松等特点,传统水基压裂液易造成储层水敏。为解决该断块水敏问题,研究出改性乙二醇压裂液体系,该体系采用改性乙二醇为溶剂,通过优选醇基稠化剂和交联剂,最终确定该体系配方:0.6%~1.2%醇基稠化剂+0.6%~1.2%交联剂+0.4%促溶剂A+1%促溶剂B。室内性能评价实验表明,该体系在70℃,170 s-1下黏度始终保持在80 mPa·s以上,支撑剂在醇基压裂液中的沉降速度在0.010~0.150 mm/s,该体系具有耐温耐剪切性能、与地层水配伍性、携砂能力、导流能力性能良好等特点。目前该体系已经在现场应用了1口井,日均增油11.54 t,增油效果显著。
The Jihua 2 fault block in the Bayan Hetao Basin has the characteristics of high clay content and loose reservoir cementation.Traditional water-based fracturing fluids are likely to cause reservoir water sensitivity.In order to solve the water sensitivity problem of the fault block,a modified ethylene glycol fracturing fluid system was developed.The system uses modified ethylene glycol as the solvent.By optimizing the alcohol-based thickener and crosslinking agent,the system formula is finally determined,0.6%~1.2% alcohol-based thickener+0.6%~1.2% crosslinking agent+0.4% solvent A+1% solvent B.Indoor performance evaluation experiments show that the viscosity of the system is always above 80 mPa·s at 70℃ and 170 s-1,and the sedimentation velocity of proppant in the alcohol-based fracturing fluid is 0.010~0.150 mm/s.The system has excellent temperature and shear resistance,compatibility with formation water,good sand-carrying capacity,good conductivity and so on.At present,the system has been applied to one well on site,which has an average daily oil increase of 11.54 t,and the oil increase effect is remarkable.
