体育师范生教学能力自我评价模型的构建 被引量:1

摘要 为了评估体育师范生的教学能力,本文构建了体育师范生教学能力的自我评价模型。首先运用专家访谈法确立模型的4个二级指标,然后对30名中小学体育教师进行半封闭式问卷调查确立16个三级指标,并编制44道题目的体育师范生教学能力自评初始问卷。使用该问卷对A校227名体育师范生进行试测,运用SPSS进行了探索性等一系列数据分析,甄别出不合格的3个条目后,模型累计贡献率45.801%,其中问卷内部一致性系数为0.944,拟合指数符合统计学标准,表明问卷具有较好的结构效度,从而正式形成由教学表述能力、教学评价能力、教学设计能力和教学组织能力构成的四因子模型量表。最后,使用该量表对8所院校489名体育师范生进行正式施测,数据分析发现该量表具有统计学意义,意味着该模型可以作为体育师范生教学能力自我评价的测量工具。 In order to evaluate the teaching ability of PE normal university students,this paper constructs a self-evaluation model of PE normal university students'teaching ability.Firstly,four secondary indicators of the model were established by using the expert interview method,then 16 tertiary indicators were established by semi-closed questionnaire survey on 30 PE teachers in primary and secondary schools,and an initial questionnaire on self-evaluation of teaching ability of 44 questions was prepared.Using the questionnaire for A 227 school sports teachers try investigation,and item analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,identify unqualified after three entries,model the cumulative contribution rate of 45.801%,questionnaire internal consistency coefficient is 0.944,fitting index reach the standard surveying,the questionnaire has good structure validity,which officially formed by the teaching ability,teaching evaluation,teaching design and teaching organization form the four factor model of scale.Finally,489 PE normal university students in eight universities were formally tested with the scale.Data analysis showed that the scale had statistical significance,meaning that the model could be used as a measurement tool for self-evaluation of PE normal university students'teaching ability.
