摘要
生态产品价值实现是对“绿水青山就是金山银山”的根本实践,是化解经济发展和生态之间矛盾的关键途径。随着国家层面对这方面的重视和实践探索,人们对生态产品的认识更加深入。但是生态产品价值转化过程中还存在立法不完善、产权不明晰和配套设施不完善等问题,为保障生态产品价值实现需要完善相关立法、明晰自然资源产权、完善配套措施。
The realization of the value of ecological products is a fundamental practice of“green waters and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains”,and is a key way to resolve the contradiction between economic development and ecology.With the emphasis and practical exploration of this aspect at the national level,people have a deeper understanding of ecological products.However,there are still problems in the process of transforming the value of ecological products,such as imperfect legislation,unclear property rights,and imperfect supporting facilities.Therefore,in order to ensure the realization of the value of ecological products,it is necessary to improve relevant legislation,clarify the property rights of natural resources,and improve supporting measures.
