摘要
为明确3.3 m大幅宽新型高速瓦楞纸板生产线单机设备辊子采用铝辊设计的可行性,选取受力最恶劣的辊子作为研究对象,将钢辊作为对比,应用Mechanical软件和LS-DYNA软件对辊子进行力学性能分析。分别建立辊子静力学和显式动力学有限元模型,计算辊子静扰度、模态频率、动扰度。通过计算可知,铝辊在车速420 m/min以内运行,强度安全。通过分析,提出加大壁厚和设计为中凹辊的优化方向,中凹值可参考辊子径向变形量与原纸张力间的关系曲线获得。
In order to clarify the feasibility of using aluminum roller design for the single machine equipment roller of the new 3.3 m large width high speed corrugated paperboard production line,the roller with the worst force was selected as the research object,and the steel roller was used as a comparison,and the mechanical property of the roller was analyzed by Mechanical software and LS DYNA software.The finite element models of roller statics and explicit dynamics were established respectively,and the roller static disturbance,modal frequency and dynamic disturbance were calculated.Through the calculation,it can be seen that the aluminum roller runs within 420 m/min at a vehicle speed,and the strength is safe.Through the analysis,the optimization direction of increasing the wall thickness and designing the concave roller was proposed,and the concave value can be obtained by referring to the relationship curve between the radial deformation of the roller and the force of the original paper.
