摘要
为提升航空作动器产品的传动效率,提出一种减小作动器传动效率损失的计算方法。基于三联齿齿间距的不同,推导得到三联齿齿间距与三联齿效率损失的函数模型。通过不同三联齿齿间距的传动效率试验对比,可知优化后作动器效率得到提升。试验研究表明,综合考虑三联齿齿宽影响,优化后三联齿构型较原构型啮合效率提升1.2%,质量减轻12.2%。该三联齿效率损失的计算方法可为航空作动器产品传动效率的提升及结构优化提供理论依据。
In order to improve the transmission efficiency of aviation actuator products,a calculation method for reducing the loss of transmission efficiency of actuators is proposed.As the core part of the efficiency loss of the aviation actuator,the efficiency loss of the triple tooth directly affects the transmission efficiency of the actuator.Based on the difference of triple tooth spacing,the function model of triple tooth spacing and triple tooth efficiency loss is derived.Through the transmission efficiency test comparison of different triple tooth spacing,the efficiency of the optimized actuator is improved.The experimental results show that the meshing efficiency of the optimized triple tooth configuration is 1.2%higher than that of the original configuration,and the mass is reduced by 12.2%.The calculation method of the triple tooth efficiency loss provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of the transmission efficiency and structural optimization of the aviation actuator products.
