墙体建设中石膏砂浆抹灰技术研究

摘要 在石膏砂浆抹灰施工阶段,易出现由于缺乏对石膏砂浆属性的考虑,导致最终的施工效果难以满足设计要求的现象。因此,文章以某实际工程为例,进行墙体建设中石膏砂浆抹灰技术研究。首先按照石英砂和石膏粉的比例为3∶1,以水和粉体原料的体积比为1∶2的方式完成了石膏砂浆的制备,分析了施工前、施工中及施工后的石膏砂浆抹灰要点。在技术应用阶段,对预埋管线位置进行封堵处理后,在墙体的交接处、螺杆洞及点位线槽部位铺设网格布,设置了宽度为20.0 mm、间距为1.2 m的标筋,以此为基准,采用竖向从下向上的方式实施按压抹灰,并在完成施工后对误差点进行挫平处理。最后对技术应用效果进行检验,完全达到了高级抹灰的验收标准,满足建筑的设计要求。 In the construction stage of gypsum mortar plastering,it is easy to occur that the final construction effect is difficult to meet the design requirements due to the lack of consideration of the properties of gypsum mortar.Therefore,this paper takes a practical project as an example to study the gypsum mortar plastering technology in wall construction.Firstly,the preparation of gypsum mortar is completed according to the ratio of quartz sand to gypsum powder of 3:1 and the volume ratio of water to powder of 1:2.The plastering points of gypsum mortar before,during and after construction are analyzed.In the technical application stage,after the location of the embedded pipeline is blocked,the fiberglass mesh is laid at the junction of the walls,the screw holes and the point and slot positions,and the standard reinforcement with a width of 20.0 mm and a spacing of 1.2 m is set.Based on this,press plastering is carried out vertically from bottom to top,and error points are flattened after the completion of construction.Finally,the application effect of the technology is tested,which fully meets the acceptance criteria of advanced plastering and meets the design requirements of the building.
