摘要
目的探讨无痛分娩护理干预模式对整体产程和新生儿的影响。方法从2020年6月—2021年6月就诊于厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院的产妇中方便选取230例,随机将其分为常规护理(CO)组和无痛分娩护理(PD)组,每组115例,观察并分析两组的整体产程和新生儿等情况。结果PD组总产程时间(398.93±10.38)min明显短于CO组(546.39±14.39)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PD组VAS评分明显低于CO组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PD组新生儿Apgar评分<7分比例(4.35%)显著低于CO组(13.04%),≥7分比例(95.65%)显著高于CO组(86.96%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PD组剖宫产率及产后并发症发生率(4.35%、1.74%)明显低于CO组(17.39%、8.70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PD组患者的护理满意度(86.09%)明显高于CO组(60.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.870,P<0.05)。结论无痛分娩护理干预模式可显著缩短整体产程时间,减轻产妇疼痛,减少新生儿窒息情况,降低剖宫产率及产后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention mode of painless labor on overall labor process and newborn.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,230 maternal patients were selected from our hospital and randomly divided into routine care(CO)group and painless delivery care(PD)group,115 cases in each group.The overall la⁃bor and newborn conditions of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The total labor time of PD group(398.93±10.38)min was significantly shorter than that of the CO group(546.39±14.39)min,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of PD group was significantly lower than that of the CO group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of Apgar score<7 points in PD group(4.35%)was significantly lower than that of the CO group(13.04%),and the proportion of Apgar score≥7 points(95.65%)was sig⁃nificantly higher than that of the CO group(86.96%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cesar⁃ean section rate and postpartum complications rate was 4.35%and 1.74%in PD group,lower than those in the CO group(17.39%and 8.70%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of PD group(86.09%)was significantly higher than that of the CO group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=19.870,P<0.05).Conclusion Painless labor nursing intervention mode can significantly shorten the overall labor time,reduce maternal pain,reduce newborn asphyxia,reduce cesarean section rate and postpartum complications rate,improve nursing satisfaction.
