摘要
碳酸锰矿地下开采在开采过程中不可避免会混入废石,废石混入太多,会影响碳酸锰选别效果,增加选矿成本。通过实验研究发现,利用X射线智能选矿设备可在粒度较粗和粒级范围较宽的情况下将原矿石中的废石有效去除,能达到提高碳酸锰矿品位,实现“早收多收、能丢早丢”和降低后续加工成本的目的。
During underground mining of manganese carbonate ore,it is inevitable to mix waste rock.If too much waste rock is mixed,it will affect the separation effect of manganese carbonate and increase the beneficiation cost.Through experimental research,it has been found that using X-ray intelligent beneficiation equipment can effectively remove waste rock from raw ore with a relatively coarse particle size and wide particle size range,which can achieve the goal of improving the grade of manganese carbonate ore,achieving“early harvest,early discarding”and reducing subsequent processing costs.
