摘要
全民健身和体育产业的蓬勃发展推动了体育酒店的发展,为我国体育行业与酒店行业的融合发展指出新方向。主要采用个案分析、深度访谈等研究方法,基于扎根理论研究视角,以亚朵S虎扑篮球酒店为调查对象,探讨当前我国体育酒店面临的现实困境,总结我国体育酒店发展的推进策略。研究表明,我国体育酒店发展主要存在品牌辨识度模糊、运营管理舍本逐末、IP跨界理念前瞻性不足、智能化建设轻虑浅谋等现实困境,提出深入调研顾客需求、提升酒店管理效能、打造专属知识产权、实现酒店运营智能化等体育酒店发展的推进策略。
The flourish of national fitness and sports industry has boosted the development of sports hotels and searched a new direction for the integrated development of China’s sports and hotel business.Based on case analysis,in-depth interviews and other research methods,taking Atour S Hupu basketball hotel as the investigation object,this paper discusses the current difficulties faced by sports hotels in China,and gives the promotion strategies for the development of sports hotels in China.The research shows that the development of Atour S Hupu basketball hotel mainly has practical difficulties,such as vague brand recognition,abandoning the basics of operation and management,lack of foresight of IP cross-border concept,thoughtfulness and shallowness in intelligent construction,and put forward some promotion strategies,such as in-depth understanding of customer needs,improving hotel administrative efficiency,creating exclusive intellectual property rights,and achieving intelligent hotel operation.
