摘要
目的:探讨小儿宣肺止咳颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿肺炎的疗效,并分析该治疗方案对患儿睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年10月至2022年9月泉州市泉港区医院收治的肺炎患儿86例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。2组患儿均采用对症治疗方案,其中对照组在对症治疗方案基础上加入孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组在对症治疗方案基础上加入小儿宣肺颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较2组患儿的治疗效果、症状缓解时间、睡眠质量、实验室相关指标及药物不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(97.67%)高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽、气促、发热等症状缓解时间均短于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗前2组患儿的睡眠时间、觉醒次数比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后观察组患儿的睡眠时间长于对照组,觉醒次数少于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗前2组患儿白细胞计数、C反应蛋白水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后观察组白细胞计数、C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。2组患儿的药物不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿宣肺止咳颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠在小儿肺炎的治疗中有较为理想的效果,可促进患儿临床症状缓解,继而提升患儿的睡眠质量,降低炎症介质和白细胞水平。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of Xiaoer Xuanfei Zhike Granule combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children′s pneumonia,and analyze the impact of the treatment plan on children′s sleep quality.Methods:From October 2021 to September 2022,86 children with pneumonia were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases each.The two groups of children were treated with symptomatic treatment scheme,in which the control group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of the above scheme,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoer Xuanfei Granule and montelukast sodium on the basis of the above scheme.The therapeutic effect,symptom relief,sleep quality,laboratory indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The remission time of cough,shortness of breath and fever in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant differences(P s<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in sleep time and awakening times before treatment(P s>0.05).After treatment,the sleep time and awakening times of children in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,and the differences were significant(P s<0.05).There was no significant difference in leukocyte count,C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 between the two groups before treatment(P s>0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count,C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P s<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoer Xuanfei Zhike Granule combined with montelukast sodium has an ideal effect in the treatment of children′s pneumonia,which can promote the remission of clinical symptoms of children,and then improve the sleep quality of children,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and white blood cells.The overall performance is good.
