摘要
选择猪粪有机肥作为代表肥源,以小青菜和苦苣为代表作物,通过田间试验研究了施用不同数量[0(CK)、30(处理PC_(30))、60(处理PC_(60))和120 t/hm^(2)(处理PC_(120))]有机肥对土壤特性及有机蔬菜品质的影响。结果表明:施用适量(30 t/hm^(2))猪粪有机肥能够增加小青菜和苦苣中可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和维生素C的含量;施用过量(60、120 t/hm^(2))有机肥不仅不利于蔬菜中营养物质的积累,还会增加蔬菜中重金属的累积,尤其是Cd和Zn;随着有机肥施用量的增加,土壤耕作层中全碳、全氮、铵态氮、硝态氮和速效磷含量均逐渐增加,且在第二季收获后,土壤重金属总量和有效态含量均显著提高;处理PC_(30)对土壤耕作层中病原菌的生长有抑制作用,而处理PC_(60)和PC_(120)会刺激土壤病原菌的生长。因此猪粪有机肥的最佳施用量为30 t/hm^(2)。
Pig manure-based compost was selected as the representative fertilizer source,and Brassica chinensis and Cichorium endivia L.as the representative crops to explore the effects of different amounts of organic fertilizers[0(CK),30 t/hm^(2)(PC_(30)),60 t/hm^(2)(PC_(60))and 120 t/hm^(2)(PC_(120))]on soil characteristics and quality of organic vegetables by field experiment.The results showed that appropriate application of pig manure-based compost(30 t/hm^(2))could increase the content of soluble protein,soluble sugar and vitamin C in Brassica chinensis and Cichorium endivia L,while excessive fertilizer(60 t/hm^(2)and 120 t/hm^(2))was not conducive to the accumulation of vegetable nutrients,and would increase the accumulation of heavy metals of vegetable,especially Cd and Zn.With the increase of organic fertilizer application,the total carbon,total nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,and available phosphorus increased.Meanwhile,the total and available forms of heavy metal increased significantly,and low fertilization amount(PC_(30))had an inhibitory effect on the growth of pathogenic bacteria in soil tillage layer,while high fertilization amounts(PC_(60)and PC_(120))stimulated the growth of pathogenic bacteria.In conclusion,the optimal application amount of pig manure-based compost was 30 t/hm^(2).
