摘要
目的探讨脐针联合中药封包治疗脑卒中后肩关节疼痛的临床疗效。方法选取2021年3月至2022年1月高州市人民医院收治的60例脑卒中且存在肩关节疼痛的患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分为观察组与对照组,各30例。两组患者均接受营养神经、改善循环和控制血压以及并发症护理,对照组予以常规针灸治疗,观察组则采用脐针联合中药封包治疗。比较两组患者constant-murley肩关节疼痛评分、主动活动评分、日常生活能力评分、肌力评分以及肩关节疼痛改善率。结果干预后,观察组constant-murley肩关节疼痛评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);对比两组患者的主动活动能力评分和日常生活能力评分,观察组评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);对比两组患者的肌力评分和肩关节改善率,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中肢体偏瘫后引发肩关节疼痛患者,采取脐针联合中药封包治疗,可减轻肩关节疼痛,有效恢复肩关节肌力,使肩部的肌肉和韧带重新恢复协作,提升肩关节的活动范围,改善患者的日常生活活动能力。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of umbilical needle combined with Traditional Chinese medicine package in the treatment of shoulder pain after stroke.Methods 60 patients with cerebral apoplexy and shoulder pain admitted to Gaozhou People's Hospital from March 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 30 patients in each group.Two groups of patients were accepted nerve nutrition,improve circulation and control of blood pressure and complications nursing,the control group accepted routine acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,the observation group was treated with umbilical needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine package.After treatment,constant-Murley shoulder pain score,daily activity score,visual analog score,active activity score,muscle strength score,and improvement rate of shoulder pain in two groups were compared.Results Comparing the pain indexes of the two groups,the improvement of postoperative pain in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of daily living ability and active activity ability in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Muscle strength score and improvement rate of shoulder joint were compared between the two groups,and the result of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with shoulder pain caused by hemiplegia after stroke,navel needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine package treatment can reduce shoulder pain,effectively recover shoulder muscle strength,enable shoulder muscles and ligaments to resume cooperation,improve the range of activity of shoulder joints,and improve the ability of daily living.
