摘要
本文以花园煤矿5301工作面通风系统为研究背景,通过阻力测定和网络解算的方法,提出两个解决方案并进行了优选,扩刷断面和减少用风地点的方案优于扩刷断面降阻的方案。通过实践应用,证明了方案的可行性,通风系统总阻力降至1 832.5 Pa,解决了总阻力过大、部分回风巷道风速过大等问题,保障了通风系统的稳定可靠性。
This paper takes the ventilation system of the 5301 working face in Huayuan Coal Mine as the research background,through resistance determination and network calculation,two solutions are proposed and optimized.The scheme of expanding the section and reducing the air consumption location is superior to the scheme of expanding the section and reducing the resistance.Through practical application,the feasibility of the scheme is proved.The total resistance of the ventilation system is reduced to 1832.5 Pa,the problems of excessive total resistance and excessive wind speed in some return air roadways are solved,which ensures the stability and reliability of the ventilation system.
