摘要
针对纸质基建档案无法全面准确描述三维立体基建档案信息以及基建空间信息与档案业务信息存在“信息不对称”等问题,运用地理信息、物联网和云计算等新一代技术手段,从理论层面和实际应用角度分别开展智慧基建档案管理系统架构、智慧基建档案三维度信息化平台、智慧基建档案可视化平台这三方面研究。研究工作有效融合地理空间信息,解决基建档案管理中存在的问题,提出智慧基建档案管理的新模式和新路径,为“智慧档案馆”建设提供新的、可靠的基建档案管理平台。
To solve the problems that infrastructure archives cannot fully and accurately describe the three-dimensional infrastructure archival information and the "information asymmetry" between the spatial information of infrastructure and the archival business information, the technology of geographic information, internet of things, cloud computing and other new-generation technology is used. From the theoretical level and practical application perspective, three aspects of smart infrastructure archive management system architecture, smart infrastructure archive three-dimension information platform, and smart infrastructure archive visualization platform are studied respectively. The research work effectively integrates geospatial information, effectively solves the problems existing in the management of infrastructure archives, proposes a new mode and new path for the management of smart infrastructure archives, and provides an innovative and reliable infrastructure archives management platform for the construction of "Smart Archives".
