摘要
目的:分析康复新液冲洗及纱条填塞创口对肛周脓肿术后创面修复的效果。方法:采取回顾性研究,收集2021年6月至2022年6月医院收治的肛周脓肿术后采取纱条填塞创口的45例肛周脓肿患者临床资料,纳入对照组;选取同期采取康复新液冲洗及纱条填塞创口的45例肛周脓肿患者临床资料,纳入观察组。统计两组临床疗效、创面修复情况、创面康复情况及治疗前、治疗后炎症水平;记录患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率、创面修复和创面康复指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组炎症水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未发生不良反应。结论:康复新液冲洗联合纱条填塞创口能够促进肛周脓肿患者术后创面愈合和康复,降低术后炎症水平,且安全性较高。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Kangfuxin liquid washing and gauze packing on wound repair after perianal abscess surgery.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted.The clinical data of 45 patients with perianal abscess treated with gauze tamping in the hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were collected as the control group.The clinical data of 45 patients during the same period with perianal abscess flushed with Kangfuxin solution and filled with gauze were selected as the observation group.The clinical efficacy,wound repair,wound rehabilitation,and inflammation levels before and after treatment of the two groups were statistically analyzed.The adverse reactions of patients during treatment were recorded.Results:The total effective rate,the scores of wound repair and the conditions of wound rehabilitation in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of inflammation in the two groups were decreased,and their levels in the observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).No adverse reaction occurred in two groups.Conclusion:Kangfuxin liquid washing combined with gauze tamping can effectively reduce the postoperative inflammatory level of patients with perianal abscess,promote wound healing,and help patients recover with high safety.
