摘要
农业现代化是中国式现代化的重要基础。加快推进中国式农业现代化发展,是实现农民农村共同富裕的核心路径、构建农业强国的强力支撑与全面推进乡村振兴的关键手段。现阶段,提升新型农业经营主体质量、完善农业基础设施、缓解农业面源污染问题、优化农村集体经济布局成为推进中国式农业现代化发展的突破重点。文章以此为脉络基点,从育主体、补短板、抓治理、提经济4方面着手,提出重塑新型农业经营主体生态圈、完善现代农业基础设施、推进农业面源污染治理、激活新型农村集体经济的实践进路,以期为构建高质量现代化农业体系,实现中国式现代化提供有益参考。
Agricultural modernization is the important foundation of Chinese-style modernization.Accelerating the development of Chinese-style agricultural modernization is core path to realize common prosperity of farmers and rural areas,the strong support to build an agricultural power and the key means to comprehensively promote rural revitalization.At the stage,improving the quality of new agricultural management entities,optimizing agricultural infrastructure,alleviating agricultural non-point source pollution and optimizing the layout of rural collective economy have become the breakthrough focus for promoting development of Chinese-style agricultural modernization.Based on this,the paper puts forward the practical approach of reshaping ecological circle of new agricultural operators,improving modern agricultural infrastructure,promoting agricultural non-point source pollution control,activating the new rural collective economy from four aspects of cultivating main body,reinforcing weak points,focusing on governance,improving economy,to provide useful reference for building a high-quality modern agricultural system and realizing Chinese-style modernization.
