摘要
目的探讨髓内固定与锁定加压钢板固定疗法对下肢骨折高龄患者骨折愈合情况及下肢功能恢复情况的影响。方法选取石狮市医院骨科2019年6月—2022年6月收治的下肢骨折高龄患者80例,按照治疗方式的不同将患者分为两组,将其中接受锁定加压钢板内固定治疗的40例患者设为对照组,将接受髓内固定治疗的40例患者设为研究组。对比两组的骨折愈合情况、下肢功能恢复情况。结果与对照组相比,研究组的出血量明显较少(P<0.05),住院时间、骨折愈合时间均明显较短(P<0.05)。相比于治疗前,两组治疗后的下肢功能评分均显著提高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组治疗后的提高幅度更加显著(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组的优良率显著较高(P<0.05)。结论在治疗下肢骨折高龄患者时与锁定加压钢板固定疗法比较,采用髓内固定疗法能取得显著疗效,术中出血明显减少,骨折愈合时间明显缩短,而且能促进下肢功能恢复,对下肢行走功能进行显著改善,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effects of intramedullary fixation and locking compression plate fixation on fracture healing and lower limb function recovery in elderly patients with lower limb fractures.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with lower limb fracture admitted to the department of orthopedic,Shishi General Hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were collected and divided all patients into two groups according to different treatment methods,a total of 40 patients who received locking compression plate internal fixation treatment were set as the control group,and 40 patients who received intramedullary fixation treatment were set as the study group,and compare the fracture healing and lower limb function recovery of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the amount of bleeding in the study group was significantly less(P<0.05),and the hospitalization time and fracture healing time were significantly shorter(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of lower limb function in both groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement of the study group after treatment was more significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the excellent and good rate of the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with lower limb fracture,compared with locking compression plate fixation,the use of intramedullary fixation can achieve significant results,not only can significantly reduce intraoperative bleeding,significantly shorten the fracture healing time,but also can promote the recovery of lower limb function,significantly improve the lower limb walking function,which is worthy of promotion.
