摘要
本文报道了一例右拇指外伤后恶性黑色素瘤的临床特点、超声表现、病理诊断及免疫组化结果,分析超声误诊原因。本例患者右拇指外伤后4个月余,临床以“右拇指刺伤感染肉芽肿”收入院,超声提示为外伤性血管瘤。入院后手术切除肉芽肿并植皮,术后免疫组化结果和病理诊断为恶性黑色素瘤。
This article reports the clinical features,ultrasonic manifestations,pathological diagnosis,and immu-nohistochemical findings of post-traumatic malignant melanoma of the right thumb,and analyzes the causes of ultrason-ic misdiagnosis.The patient was admitted to the hospital with"infected granuloma of the right thumb from stabbing inju-ry"more than 4 months after trauma to the right thumb,and ultrasound suggested traumatic hemangioma.After admis-sion,the granuloma was surgically excised and skin was implanted,and the postoperative immunohistochemical results and pathology showed malignant melanoma.
