基于特征分区的汽车覆盖件工艺补充智能模块化设计方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决传统汽车覆盖件工艺补充设计效率低及长期积累的工艺知识无法有效复用的问题,提出基于特征分区的汽车覆盖件工艺补充智能模块化的设计方法。该方法将零件依据边界特征进行自动分区,创建和应用子区域模块,降低了设计继承的粒度,并提出零件分区之间的相似度评价方法,实现了对模块数据的智能化检索匹配,结合设计数据的自适应调整规则,实现了由模块分区数据驱动工艺补充面的设计。结合NX平台上的汽车覆盖件模面智能化系统,应用分区模块驱动设计,提高了相似零件的设计效率,缩短了研发周期。 In order to solve the problems of low efficiency of traditional process supplement design and the ineffective reuse of long-term accumulated process knowledge,an intelligent modular de⁃sign method for process supplement of body cover panel based on feature partition was proposed.The method automatically partitioned part based on boundary features,created and applied subarea module,and reduced the granularity of design inheritance.A similarity evaluation method be⁃tween part partitions was proposed to realize the intelligent retrieval and matching of module data,and combined with the adaptive adjustment rules of design data,the design of process supplement surfaces driven by module partition data was realized.Combined with intelligent system of die sur⁃face of body cover panel on the NX platform,the partition module was applied to drive the design,which improved the design efficiency of similar parts and shorened the research and development cycle.
