摘要
针对吸乳护罩上3个管位结构,将主分型面设计在同时经过3个管位中心轴的平面上,3个管位都由侧抽芯机构脱模,塑件上的内螺纹盖底部有1段圆管和1个小孔,设计了由液压马达与液压缸先后带动抽芯脱模的组合机构。模具经生产实践验证:脱模机构设计合理,能保证塑件的自动化生产,为类似塑件的模具设计提供借鉴。
Aiming at the three orificeons structure of the breast pump cover,the main parting level was designed on the plane passing through the three orificeon central axis at the same time,the three orificeons were demoulded by the side core-pulling mechanism,and there was a round pipe and a small hole at the bottom of the inner thread cover on the plastic part,a core-pulling and de⁃moulding combination mechanism driven by the hydraulic motor and hydraulic cylinder was de⁃signed.The mould had been verified by the production practice that the rational design of the de⁃moulding mechanism could ensure the automatic production of plastic parts,which provided refer⁃ence for the mould design of similar plastic parts.
