摘要
国家高度重视医保基金安全和基层医疗卫生服务体系高质量发展问题。北京市石景山区医疗保障局以医保基金使用监管为切入口,通过强化监督检查、深化部门合作、完善制度保障等方式,实现医保、医药、医疗体系的良性互动,推动医保基金合法合规合理使用,推进基层医疗卫生机构高质量可持续发展。文章对石景山区医疗保障局加强社区医疗卫生机构医保基金监管的主要做法及成效进行阐述,对发现的问题进行分析,并提出相关建议。
The Chinese government gives great attention to the safety of medical insurance funds and the high-quality develop⁃ment of primary health care.Based on the supervision of the medical insurance funds use,Shijingshan district achieved nice interac⁃tions among medical insurance,medicine industry,and national medical system through strengthening supervision and inspection,deepening departmental cooperation,and improving institutional safeguards,further promoted the legal,compliant and rational use of medical insurance funds,and accelerated the high-quality and sustainable development of primary health care institutions.It de⁃scribed the main methods and effects of strengthening the supervision on the fund of primary health care institutions,analyzed and discussed the problems found in the inspection.
