摘要
种子包衣剂作为最新的种子处理药剂,与传统的拌种、浸种、闷种等方法相比,具有功能多、效益高、使用方便等优点,因此在农业制种上得到广泛应用。近些年,一些厂家玉米种子在使用含有“戊唑醇”成分包衣后,出现了影响实验室发芽率准确性的现象,导致常规检测往往不能得到较好的试验结果。本文旨在实践基础上通过设置不同处理方法总结出包衣剂含有“戊唑醇”成分的玉米种子对室内发芽试验的影响,最终得出通过采取洗去包衣剂、20~30℃变温处理以及土壤作为发芽床基质的综合处理方法,能够得到包衣剂含有“戊唑醇”成分的玉米种子在实验室条件下真实的发芽率结果。
As the latest seed treatment agents,seed coating agents have many advantages such as multifunctional,high efficiency and ease of use,in comparison with the traditional methods like seed dressing,seed soaking,and seed frothing.Therefore they were widely used in agricultural seed production.In recent years,some manufacturers had encountered the problem of after coating corn seeds with“tebuconazo1e”components,the accuracy of laboratory germination rates were affected,which led to poor test results in routine tests.The purpose of this study was to summarize the impact of corn seeds with“tebuconazo1e”as coating agent on the indoor germination test by setting up different treatment methods based on practice.In conclusion,the true germination rate of corn seeds with“tebuconazo1e”in the coating agent could be determined under the combined treatments of washing off the coating agent,changing temperature treatment at 20~30℃,and using soil as the germination bed substrate.
