海洋耐蚀耐磨涂层研究进展 被引量:9

Research progress of corrosion and wear resistance coatings in marine engineering environment

摘要 海工装备服役过程中关键件处于腐蚀-磨损交互作用的复杂环境,致使其表面损伤严重,影响设备运行的可靠性和安全性。对工件表面进行强化形成结合牢固的防护涂层,是解决这一难题的有效途径。本论文综述了近几年来海洋环境耐磨与耐蚀涂层材料与制备技术、力-电耦合损伤机制、损伤评价方法等方面的研究进展,以及高通量技术等新手段的运用。总结了有关调控涂层组织和性能、改善残余应力、延长服役寿命等方向的发展趋势,并展望了海洋耐蚀耐磨技术未来发展方向。 The key parts of marine equipment are exposed in a complex environment of corrosion-wear interaction,which suffers serious surface abrasion,and affects the reliability and safety.One effective way to solve this challenge is to reinforce the surface of the workpiece to form a protective coating.In this paper,the research progress of wear and corrosion resistant coatings in marine environment in recent years were reviewed,including materials and preparation technology,mechanical-electrical coupling damage mechanism,damage evaluation methods,and the application of new methods such as high-throughput technology.The development trend of coating structure and properties regulation,residual stress modification and service life extension were summarized,and the future development direction of marine corrosion and wear resistance technology was forecasted.
