摘要
合理的区域物流网络建设与布局对提高地区物流产业水平具有重要作用。本文首先分析山东省区域物流现状与基础,提出区域物流发展存在的主要问题。然后构建山东省区域物流网络评价指标体系,利用灰色关联分析法确定关键影响因素;进一步使用熵权—TOPSIS法对山东省16个地级市进行分级排序,将物流节点城市划分为三个等级,即物流网络核心一级节点、重大作用二级节点以及辅助功能三级节点。最后将山东省区域物流网络空间构建为半岛物流区、中部物流区与南部物流区,优化山东省区域物流产业格局,提出各区域物流作用及针对性发展路径,为山东省各区域的物流发展提供参考。
Reasonable regional logistics network construction and layout have great value to improve the level of regional logistics industry.This paper analyzes the current situation and foundation of regional logistics in Shandong,and points out the main problems of regional logistics development.Then,constructs the evaluation index system of regional logistics network in Shandong,and determines key influencing factors by grey correlation analysis.Furthermore,uses entropy weight-topsis method to rank the 16 prefecture-level cities in Shandong,and divides logistics node cities into three levels,that is,the core first-level nodes of logistics network,the second-level nodes of major functions,and the third-level nodes of auxiliary functions.Finally,constructs regional logistis network space of Shandong into peninsula logistics area,central logistics area and southerm logistics area,optimizes patterm of regional logistics industry in Shandong,and puts forward the role and targeted path of regional logistics,which provides reference for development of regional logistics in Shandong Province.
