摘要
为研究湘东黑山羊体重生长发育规律及体重与体尺的相关性,选取生长发育良好、健康的湘东黑山羊公羊213只、母羊219只,在相同饲养条件下测定初生、2月龄、6月龄和12月龄体重及体尺指标。采用Von Bertalanffy、Gompertz、Logistic 3种非线性模型对0~12月龄湘东黑山羊的体重进行生长曲线拟合与分析,同时对6月龄和12月龄羊的体重与体尺进行相关性分析。结果表明,湘东黑山羊6月龄体高、体斜长、胸围均与体重存在极显著相关性(P<0.01),12月龄体高与体斜长也存在极显著相关性(P<0.01)。3种模型均能很好地模拟湘东黑山羊的生长曲线,但综合各指标发现Von Bertalanffy模型拟合效果更佳;进一步分析Von Bertalanffy模型拟合参数,发现湘东黑山羊公羊成熟体重41.402 kg,明显高于母羊的39.561 kg,公羊体重拐点月龄为3.803月龄,较母羊的拐点时间4.392月龄早。综上所述,湘东黑山羊公母羊的体高、体斜长和胸围与体重间均存在极显著正相关(P<0.01)。说明运用3种非线性模型对湘东黑山羊进行生长曲线的拟合和分析均是可行的,3种方法均可预测湘东黑山羊的生长发育规律。
In order to study the growth pattern of body weight and the correlation between body weight and body size of Xiangdong Black goats,213 male and 219 female Xiangdong Black goats with good growth and health were selected to measure the body weight and body size at birth,2 months of age,6 months of age and 12 months of age under the same feeding conditions.Three nonlinear models(Von Bertalanffy,Gompertz and Logistic models)were used to fit and analyze the growth curve of the body weight of 0-12 month-old Xiangdong Black goats.Meanwhile,the correlation between body weight and body size of Xiangdong Black goats at 6 months and 12 months of age was analyzed.The results showed that the body height,body oblique length and chest girth of Xiangdong Black goat at 6 months of age were correlated with body weight(P<0.01),the body height at 12 months of age was correlated with body oblique length(P<0.01).All three models could simulate the growth curve of Xiangdong Black goat well,but the Von Bertalanffy model had better fitting effect.Further analysis of Von Bertalanffy model fitting parameters showed that the mature body weight of male Xiangdong Black goats was 41.402 kg,which was significantly higher than that of females(39.561 kg),and the inflection age was 3.803 months,earlier than that of females(4.392 months).In conclusion,body height,body oblique length and chest girth were positively correlated with body weight of Xiangdong Black goats.It was feasible to use three nonlinear models to fit and analyze the growth curve of Xiangdong Black goats,which could predict the growth pattern of Xiangdong Black goats.
